We undertook a massive website development project to address the challenges and meet out goals. We worked with clients and industry partners to create a website that's UI/UX met our clients wants and needs, keeping in mind generational gaps that exist.
We completely and successfully redesigned GeneralContractor.com in a WordPress environment focused on UI/UX and paired the nearly 600 pages down to around 300.
After the relaunch of GeneralContractor.com, BMC saw results increase year-over-year that no one at the company or agency had expected;

New Sessions increase – 5.8%
Bounce Rate Decrease – 12.5%
Conversion Rate Increase – +15.86%

Through the website redesign alone, we saw a year-end volume and profit margin increase 5% over 2018.
